About
Dr. Gil is a specialist in Obstetrics & Gynecology. He completed his residency at Lis Maternity Hospital, Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. Upon completion of his residency, he was accepted to a prestigious two-year clinical fellowship in minimally invasive gynecological surgery at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. During his training in Montreal, he studied and specialized with the leading surgeons in the world, including Dr. Tulandi, one of the pioneers of laparoscopy in the world.
Today, Dr. Gil is a senior attending physician in the leading gynecological department in Israel, at Lis Maternity Hospital, Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. As part of his work at the hospital, he performs complex surgeries, manages the chronic pelvic pain clinic and is part of the Lis Endometriosis Center. In addition, Dr. Gil also operates in private hospitals such as Raphael and Assuta Ramat Hay'il.
Dr. Gil published over 15 works in the leading newspapers in gynecology, a chapter in a book and continues to write and publish articles even these days.
